KeyOn Communications and Airspan Networks Sign WiMAX Agreement

Pilot Project Announced for KeyOn's Pahrump, Nevada Market using Airspan's HiperMAX 3.65Ghz WiMAX Platform

KeyOn Communications Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: KEYO), a leading provider of wireless broadband, satellite television and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services to rural and underserved markets, announced today its agreement with Airspan Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRN) to deploy advanced data services using Airspan's WiMAX solution for the 3.65 GHz spectrum band.

Under the agreement, KeyOn will deploy Airspan's WiMAX solution to provide coverage to over 13,000 households in Pahrump, Nevada. After the successful completion of the project, KeyOn plans to commercially market the services to its customers, augmenting its product service that currently includes fixed wireless data, VoIP and satellite video services. KeyOn also intends to evaluate the Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") services on the 3.65 GHz WiMAX platform to provide an integrated voice and data solution to its customers.
